Should I pay to submit abstract?

No, abstract submission (oral/poster/workshop/young researcher) is free. One can submit up to 3 abstracts.

How to get official letter of invitation to attend the congress?

What are e-poster and video presentation in registration category?

We have facilitated video presentation and e-poster opportunity for eminent scholars who are unable to attend the congress due to visa issues and schedule conflict etc.

Video presentation??

For video presentation you should send your presentation video of 20-25 minutes and abstract along with short biography and latest photo. We will play the video in front of renowned speakers, scientists, professors, and research fellows at main conference hall during the conference.

We will send you certificate for your video presentation.
Abstract will be published in the conference proceedings
We will upload your presentation in conference website and YouTube (up on your interest)

e poster??

For E poster a soft copy of poster and abstract will be sufficient we will display your e poster at our conference.

Should I register for the conference being an invited speaker?

Yes. All meeting participants (keynotes, chairs, speakers and delegates) are responsible for their own meeting expenses including registration, hotel reservation, and travel arrangements.

All participants should register to attend the conference.

What is the deadline for abstract submission?

Are any other options to register for the conference?

You can register for the congress through official conference Registration page and there are two type of payment options available 1) Stripe 2) PayPal

You can also request an official invoice to register through the bank/wire transfer. Send your request to oncology@suntextmeetings.com

Can I get any discount on group registration?

Yes, we will provide up to 20% discount on group registration (minimum group size-5 attendees)
