Ihar Ihnatovich

Professor of Department of Surgery and Transplantology of Belarusian State Medical University, Minsk, Belarus. Born in Minsk (Belarus). Dr. Ihnatovich completed her medical degree in 1992 and his residency in Surgery in 1994 at the Minsk State Medical Institution. From 1994 to 2003 he has served as a surgeon at the Emergency Surgery Department of Hospital No. 10 in Minsk. He received his PhD degree in 2001 at the Belarussian Postgraduate Medical Academy. Since 2003 he has served as an Associate Professor at Belarusian State Medical University. He received the title of Doctor of Medical Sciences in 2014. Since 2015 he has served as a Professor of Department of Surgery and Transplantology of Belarusian State Medical University. Dr. Ihnatovich’s clinical interest is in phlebology, vascular aspects of acute abdominal ischemia and diabetic foot syndrome. Membership: Belarusian Surgeons Association, European Society for Vascular Surgery.
