Lauren Rissman

Dr. Rissman is originally from Chicago. She studied neuroscience at The University of Southern California and completed medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine. She did residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and a pediatric critical care fellowship at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Most recently, she completed a second fellowship in pediatric palliative care at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She has a passion for narrative medicine, communication, global health, and her family.
