I am Muhammad Ahmad Sohail, a student at Shifa College of Medicine, Pakistan. I am currently engaged in four research projects, including two systematic reviews and meta-analyses related to oncology. Additionally, I am conducting a cross-sectional study on the association and prevalence of IBS and stress in Pakistan, and leading a couple of case reports. My work is driven by a passion for advancing the understanding and treatment of cancer.
I am also a Research Associate at Lights of Careers and Research, a renowned medical research mentorship programme in Pakistan. As the Lead of my university’s research society, R.EA.D, and Director of Mentorship, I develop programmes to foster research, collaborating with professors and faculty. I have presented my findings at national conferences and published in a peer-reviewed journal. My goal is to bridge the gap between research and clinical practice, ensuring that advancements benefit patients directly.
