Carol Rodway Sepúlveda

Registered nurse with extensive experience in critical care units, adult day centers, and cardiology services. Holds a Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Education, and over eight years of teaching experience in health-related academic programs, covering subjects such as adult and geriatric nursing care, first aid, bioethics, and research methodology. Currently a PhD in Gerontological Research, she conducts studies focused on aging, with particular interest in psychosocial health and empowerment in later life. Her professional background is complemented by advanced training in university teaching, gerontology, geriatrics, and a specialization in bioethics, integrating ethical, clinical, and educational perspectives in practice.
