Works at the State University of Rio de Janeiro and coordinates the Surgical Nursing Service at the Pedro Ernesto University Hospital (HUPE). Intensive care nurse with experience in hospital management and preceptorship of the Surgical Nursing Residency Program. Member of the Intra-hospital Organ and Tissue Donation Committee for Transplants (HUPE/UERJ).
