Lim Jia Hui Petrina

Ms Petrina Lim is a senior staff nurse at Singapore General Hospital, working full-time in the Major Operating Theatre. She has over eight years of experience in perioperative nursing and is committed to provide safe and supportive care to patients during surgery. Her interest extends to the wellbeing of the surgical team, particularly nursing staff. She has contributed to a literature review with her team focusing on the surgical team’s role in supporting smooth procedures and is currently exploring the topic of resilience among novice nurses.
