Lucian Lapusneanu

Member of the ENT Commission of the Ministry of Health, Romania

Dr. Lucian Lapusneanu was born in Braila , Romania in 1972, he is maried and has two children.

He graduated of “Carol Davila” -the University of Medicine and Pharmacy – Faculty of General Medicine-Bucharest ,1999, was ENT resident phisician 1999-2004, specialist ENT doctor 2004-2010, primary ENT doctor, 2010-present

Dr Lapusneanu is head of ENT department of Emergency County Hospital Braila, Romania , from 2010 in present.

He complete his training with instructional, practical national and international courses of functional endoscopic sinus surgery , skul base surgery, had and neck surgery, septorhinoplasty , microsurgery in otology and otoneurosurgery (2010-2019), under coordination :Prof.Dr.C Sarafoleanu, Prof. Dr Silviu Albu ,Prof Dr..C.R.Popescu, Prof Dr.Vasile Ciuchi(Romania), Dr.Emanuel Racy, Dr.Stephane de Corbiere, Didier. Portmann, V.Darrouzet, F. Vidall, G Lacher, S Lacher-Fougère, J Martel, A Migueis (France), Prof.Enrico Robotti, Prof.Pietro Palma (Italy), Prof.Marco Caversaccio (Swiss), Prof.Hanz Stamberger( Austria)

He was awarded of Encyclopedia of Romanian Personalities: Who is Who”2013, from the series“- Hübners Who Is Who

Dr Laapusneanu has published several articles in Romanian Journal of Rhinology, (2013-2021)

Dr Lapusneanu is a member of the Romanian Rhinology Society, member of the Portmann-Bordeaux Institute, France, member of the College of Physicians Romania, Member of the ENT Commission of the Ministry of Health, Romania
