Micaela Zarina Azarola

I am Micaela Z. Azarola, a medical surgeon specialized in thoracic surgery. I graduated with honors from Favaloro University and completed my General Surgery residency at Casa Hospital San Juan de Dios in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. I undertook a rotation at Hospital Clinic in Barcelona, Spain, and a thoracic surgery fellowship at the Alexander Fleming Institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Currently, I work as a thoracic surgeon at San Juan de Dios Hospital in Santiago, Chile. I have participated in various research projects and scientific publications, and I am the lead author of the article “Experience in Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Lobectomies,” which I will present at this Congress.
