JOHN TIMINDRA SHERWIN FERNANDO

Sherwin Fernando is a Sri Lankan born British foundation year 2 doctor based in University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, having graduated from the prestigious Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2020. He has a keen interest in general and transplant surgery with numerous prize-winning publications on the national and international stage. Sherwin enjoys combining his love for surgery with a passion for medical education and runs a popular academic masterclass lecture series. Outside of surgery, he is a sportsman and enjoys rugby, cricket, and badminton. He puts all his successes down to the greatest inspiration in his life, which is his father.
