Dr. Pat Sullivan, MD is Co-Founder and Medical Director of Operation Teamwork, which empowers surgeons worldwide with education in regenerative surgery. Over three decades on four continents, he has paired a clinical/academic career in Plastic Surgery at Brown University with a mission to scale impact through teaching. He has performed 10,000+ procedures and served as Division Chief of Aesthetic Surgery, Director of the Cleft & Craniofacial Program, and Associate Professor at Brown University Medical School.
