In this study, the results of 99mTc-MIBI MPI, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI), echocardiography (echo), electrocardiogram (ECG), and Exercise Traedmill Stress Test (ETST) combined with Holter monitor (Holter) in 177 Chinese children with Kawasaki disease were collected, the myocardial ischemia diagnostic value of MPI were compared with other test results, the combined diagnostic strategy of MPI and CMRI were evaluated, and the characteristics of “false positive” and “false negativity” were summarized. This study is expected to lay the groundwork for the early detection and treatment of myocardial ischemia in children with Kawasaki disease.
