RESPONSIBILITY
Personal Belongings
SunText Reviews Meetings shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings of attendees during the event. Participants are advised to safeguard their possessions at all times.
Emergency Situations
In the event of unforeseen emergencies, including but not limited to wars, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances, the scheduled event will be postponed for a period of six (6) months. Updates regarding rescheduling will be communicated to all registered participants.
Liability
Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. SunText Reviews Meetings shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, or other incidents that occur during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Refund Policy
In case of postponement due to emergency situations, tickets and registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is permanently canceled.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
Amendments
SunText Reviews reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through official channels.
INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
LETTER OF INVITATION
For security reasons, the official letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference.
VISA INFORMATION
SunText Meetings LLC will not directly contact any consulates and embassies on behalf of visa applicants. All attendees should apply for Business Visa only. Any visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of SunText Meetings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If SunText Meetings cancels this event for any reason, registrant will receive a credit for full of the registration fee paid. You may transfer this registration to another SunText Meetings conference which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation. All cancellations or transfer of registration must be made in writing to info@suntextmeetings.com
REFUND POLICY
Keeping in mind of advance payments towards stationery, hotel reservation, Printing, Shipping and payment gateway charges, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following
Eligible for full refund: Before 60 days of the conference/ if the conference cancelled or postponed by SunText Meetings (USD 100Service Fee deduction).
Eligible for half of payment refund: Within 60-30 days before the Conference, accommodation booked through conference website.
No refund: Before 30 days of Conference, E-poster and discounted registrations
AUTHORIZATION POLICY
By registering to the conference, you are granting permission to SUNTEXT MEETINGS LLC to photograph, film or record and use your name, likeness, image, voice and comments to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form worldwide without compensation. Taking photographs and /or videotaping during any session is prohibited. Contact us for any queries.
