I am a doctor in training based in Nottingham, UK, with a special interest in paediatric ophthalmology. I have conducted and presented audits on the topic of periorbital cellulitis management, and initiated the distribution of a treatment algorithm within the ophthalmology department in Queen’s Medical Centre. I have previously delivered presentations and conducted workshops with surgical simulator models in international conferences, and have personally been involved in curating and distributing simulator models for traumatic surgical emergency in countries undergoing active warfare.
