Khamraeva Lola Salimovna – Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Ophthalmology, Pediatric Ophthalmology of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, a member of the international editorial board of the journal “Russian Pediatric Ophthalmology”, the author of more than 200 scientific papers, including 6 teaching aids for students, methodological recommendations for ophthalmologists, 2 inventions, 2 textbooks for students for Master’s degree, 4 computer programs for the diagnosis and treatment of children with ophthalmopathology, 54 journal articles in leading foreign and domestic publications. Under her supervision 1 Ph.D. thesis and 36 master’s theses were defended. Khamraeva L.S.  is married and has two children.

Priority research areas: study of refractogenesis in children with congenital cataracts, predisposed to pseudophakic myopia, optimization of formulas for calculating IOL strength for children, modern methods of diagnostics and surgical treatment of children with congenital cataracts, glaucoma, strabismus, eye injuries.
