Currently a university academic focused on clinical judgment and active methodologies, promoting humanized, ethical, and technically sound evidence-based care. Author and researcher in cross-cultural adaptations of health interventions, published a book chapter on T2DM risk reduction in Salud Comunitaria: Promoción y Autocuidado de la Salud, and an article in the indexed journal NURE Investigación regarding lifestyle interventions.
