Experienced nurse, academic and researcher with over 12 years in clinical practice and community health. Obtained Master degree in Nursing for Community Health from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Advanced Clinical Nursing Specialist in Critical Care from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, and Bachelor in Nursing from Universidad Autónoma de Quéretaro. Skilled in supervision and training of healthcare teams, and integration of biomedical technologies. Currently a university academic focused on clinical judgment and active methodologies, promoting humanized, ethical, and technically sound evidence-based care. Author and researcher in cross-cultural adaptations of health interventions, published a book chapter on T2DM risk reduction in Salud Comunitaria: Promoción y Autocuidado de la Salud, and an article in the indexed journal NURE Investigación regarding lifestyle interventions. Further research interests led and presented at international conferences across Mexico, Colombia, and the USA, focusing on T2DM prevention, nursing intervention frameworks, and the quality of life of primary caregivers.
