Ivan Gezumi C. Banate

Ivan Gezumi C. Banate is a fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing student at Angeles University Foundation, Philippines. He is the primary author of a published study on a digital risk assessment system for identifying susceptibility to Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in community settings. His work has received several recognitions, including the Young Scholars Award from the ISTREL Philippine Student Thesis and Capstone Competition, 1st Place in the 3-Minute Pitch Presentation at the Global Conference on Health Innovation and Evidence Implementation of the Global Society for Philippine Nurse Researchers, Inc., and 3rd Place in the Husada Hospital International Conference on Global Health Issues.
