I am a Spanish nurse currently working in a Primary Health Care Center in Soria, Castilla y León (Spain). I hold a PhD in Health Sciences (cum laude), a Master’s degree in Nursing Care Management and Leadership, and Master’s degree in Nursing Science. I am also a specialist in Family and Community Nursing, with extensive clinical experience across primary care. My professional career integrates community-based practice with applied qualitative research focused on self-care, ageing, chronicity, and social determinants of health in depopulated rural contexts. I served as an assistant professor at Universitat Jaume I, teaching public health and community nursing. I am the principal investigator of several projects and have published numerous scientific articles. My contributions to community health innovation and nursing research have been recognized with multiple awards and institutional distinctions.
