Karen Chivers

Karen Chivers is an experienced nurse who, after training in London, worked at a number of different hospitals in a variety of different specialties. Over the past 25 years she has concentrated her career in Emergency Medicine, within the UK. I have a MSc Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice. I work as a Consultant Nurse in the Emergency Department at Wexham Park Hospital, UK. The role involves working as a clinical advanced practitioner in emergency care, developing quality improvement projects, teaching staff and developing research ideas. The role has both a local and strategic approach within the trust.
