Nerea Herreros Marias

Degree in Nursing by the University of the Basque Country (Spain) in 1998. Surgical nurse since 2000. She worked in the emergencies operating room at the Hospital of Galdakao-Usansolo (Spain) from 2006 to 2016. She continued working as an OR nurse in the same hospital until 2022, in the departments of General Surgery and Traumatology. Postgraduate Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing by the University of Extremadura in 2013. In 2022, she achieved the LEVEL III (Consultant) of Professional Development recognized by the Basque Healthcare System. Since 2022, she has been working in the Gynecology and Obstetrics Department at the Specialist Health Centre of Durango (Bizkaia), which belongs to the Hospital of Galdakao-Usansolo.
