I am Hsu Chih-Ting, a seasoned nursing professional with a deep-rooted passion for continuous learning and teaching. After graduating in 2010, I embarked on a fruitful journey at Changhua Christian Hospital, where I honed my skills across various surgical disciplines. My time in the surgical ward exposed me to the intricacies of plastic surgery, colorectal surgery, cardiovascular surgery, and gynecology, fostering a robust medical knowledge base. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to contribute beyond traditional roles, I obtained my specialized nurse practitioner license in 2021. My journey into teaching began as a university teaching assistant, revealing my natural affinity for education. This passion translated into my role as a clinical instructor at China Medical University Hospital, where I mentored and guided aspiring healthcare professionals. Transitioning into the plastic surgery department, I encountered the challenges of a demanding patient load and a bustling medical environment. This experience propelled me towards specializing in wound care, particularly burn injuries. Joining the burn center at China Medical University Hospital in 2015, I delved into managing severe burn wounds and aiding patient recovery. My professional aspirations extend into the realm of artificial intelligence (AI) in nursing. I envision leveraging AI for enhanced wound assessment and burn diagnosis, aiming to elevate clinical precision and efficiency. My dedication also extends to addressing the psychological aspects of patient care, aiming to alleviate patient anxieties and caregiver stress through evidence-based research and technology integration. With my relentless commitment to advancing nursing practice, I am poised to make significant contributions to the future of healthcare.
