She was born in the city of Querétaro, Qro, Mexico: she was the fourth daughter of a middle-class family, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics, at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo, in Morelia Mich. He resides in the state of Guanajuato where he studied the Master’s Degree in Public Health, at the Institute of Higher Studies of Tamaulipas, León Gto. Campus, in which he carried out research work on the microbiological quality of fresh cheeses, he obtained his Doctorate in Health Published by Contemporary University of the Americas; Morelia campus, Mich.  She is a researcher and her last publication was in the Horizonte Nursing Magazine of the prestigious Catholic University of Chile. He has specialized in food safety. With extensive experience working in the public and private sector, we can mention his active participation in the Cofepris of the state of Guanajuato, Gto., he was the state leader of health control programs for food and beverages, he implemented a surveillance and control program for the dietology areas of the hospitals of the State Secretary of Health, . She held various positions within Cofepris of the state of Guanajuato, developing operational procedures for quality processes, standing out as a trainer on various topics related to public health and the application of health legislation, aimed at the educational, public and private sector. She has served as an advisor on quality processes and certifications in hygienic food handling. He has extensive work experience in the implementation of food safety programs in both the food and service industries.
