Dr. Lorraine B. Robbins is a Professor and PhD Program Director at Michigan State University College of Nursing. She has extensive experience testing innovative school- and home-based interventions to increase physical activity and promote healthy eating among young racially diverse adolescents living in urban, low-income areas to assist them in attaining or maintaining a healthy weight. Her research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health/National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.
