Ofelia Desatnik – Miechimsky

Ofelia Desatnik Miechimsky, lives in Mexico City, Mexico. She is a Clinical Psychologist, has Masters Degrees in Developmental Psychology and Systemic Family Therapy. She has been working as University Profesor since 1977, at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. First at the Educational Psychology Department and since 2001, at the Masters Program in Family Therapy where she is the Director of the program. She has books and academic papers about school relationships, family therapy processes, therapeutic relationships, teaching systemic family therapists in theory and clinical scenario and supervision, gender perspective, violence. She has clinical practice in family therapy, individual and couples therapy.
