The purpose of this curriculum vitae is seeking a chance of visiting a clinical neurological surgery department for 3 months from May to July of 2018 to learn advanced knowledge and technique in neurological surgical field and possible cooperation in the future with our department.

Research:
Totally I have finished 16 research projects supported by Chinese medical association ,Goundong province and Shenzhen respectively . At present ,I am granted by Association of Shenzhen Science and Technology, I have 3 projects with more than 1 million RMB grants support currently:
Treatment with hemodilution for severe brain injured patients.
Minimum invasive neurosurgery
Resection of posterior fossa leisure with sitting position.
Clinical work:
During the past 34 years, most of my work is clinical practice. Laboratory work is completed in spare time, i.e. in the night and holiday. I have completed: about 2100 cases of removal of various intracranial hematoma, more than 1200 cases of common brain tumors including glioma, meningioma, pituitary adenoma, acoustic neuroma,30 cases of pineal region tumor with sitting position, 16 cases of brain stem tumor. 300 cases of AVM, 350 cases of cerebral aneurysm clip, much of them were performed with the principle of minimum invasion. I was denoted to attend the 7th World federation of neurosurgery conference in Rom in 2015 and presented the speech : Experience of removal of pineal region tumor posterior fossa lesions.
